The interviewer may base their decision on how you present yourself, and this often outweighs your actual qualifications. Your demeanor, attitude, basic social skill set, and ability to respond, interact, and communicate are all a part of what is taken into consideration along with your experience and educational background. 

The conversation between you and the interviewer is a conversation: The both of you are exchanging information and ideas. Only through this process can you both decide if you and your organization, and the job, are an appropriate fit. Preparation is the key.

  • Always be on time, 
  • listen carefully to the interviewer. ask for clarifications if you don't understand anything and reiterate in your own words. have precise answers. 
  • Bring several of your CV
  • keep an organized folder of your certificates and other things. 
  • Greet the interviewer with confidence. Remember to always maintain an eye contact. 
  • Prepare beforehand, read the job description carefully and understand what they are looking for. Have a through knowledge of the company. prepare examples with your past experiences to tell them
